How to Control the Hypoglycemic – Rage Eating a Low Blood Sugar Diet

We can be really mean with others, say and do things we latter regret but is almost impossible to have control when our body is out of control and crashes due to hypoglycemia. The solution is to stabilize the blood sugars not only to control the rage. To live a healthy we have to have the correct low blood sugar diet stabilizing our sugar levels stabilizes our mood.

When we are in a hypoglycemic episode a lot of things make us mad and only when we know that this rage is one of the symptoms of low blood sugar we can began to understand all the strange feelings we are having and seek for a solution.

The more we get raging angry during an episode of hypoglycemia the more balanced we discover we are when we stabilize the blood sugars level we realize that we are capable of enjoying life and enjoy having friends and the more balanced we are the more opportunities we have to have a happy and full-feeling life.

Many times our love ones would not believe it is our low glucose levels that makes us act like that, neither our doctors or counselor, we have to do something to help ourselves.

My suggestion is that we most treat food like a medicine and nothing should take place of us taking care of ourselves . At the same time, just by having low blood sugar symptoms we can not diagnose hypoglycemia.

Try for some time and see if you notice any change, stay away of anything with white sugar, corn syrup, dextrose and white flour . Eat complex carbs with protein, even if it is just a little snack it will make you feel full longer, we know that going low on our blood sugar makes us feel crazy and that is good because we can eat properly before the rage starts.

So you can not eat anymore cakes, pies, pizzas, candy and the like, remember eat complex carbs using whole grain products lean meat and fish.
